The Medical Center ARS provides permanent access to persons with functional impairments through the ramp and the front door.

To get smoothly through the health institutions’s door, if a person with functional impairment is without an accompanying person, the call button should be pressed to the front door, in which case the assistance will be provided by a security officer who will accompany the person to the reception and the required location of the healthcare services or will organize the patients’ access to the location of the healthcare services where the persons with functional impairments have difficulties to access it.

If the person with functional impairments is with an accompanying person, the 1 st administrator or the security officer provides information about getting to the location of the healthcare services and organizes assistance in case of need to the location difficult for healthcare services.

Getting to all the health institution’s floors from the 0 floor to 5 th floor is provided by a lift, in which persons with functional impairments can freely get in.

The doctors’ room of the Latvian American Eye Center is located on the 3 rd floor where you can get by a lift. On the same floor, there is a toilet facility for persons with functional impairments. For persons with functional impairments, the room is freely accessible.
